Yup

It's been some time, but I've decided to post again. My training schedule is as follows for June:
Monday
C&J– Max
Snatch – 15x1 on 1
Tuesday
Back Squat – 3x5
Press – 3x5
Pullups – 3x8
Ring Dips -3x25 unbroken
Wed
Rest
Thursday
Snatch – Max
C&J – 10x1 @ 2
Friday
Squat - 3x5
Bench – 3x5
DL – 1x5
Dips - 3x5
Pullups - 3x25 unbroken

I might throw in some conditioning, but probably not much. Also, the plan changes in July because of the CT Open (which I encourage everybody to give a shot).
