Triple Jump


Notice that the triple jumper does doubles for his weight training. He doesn't do 30 Snatches as fast as he possible can or 100 air squats to a ball. He does double at progressively heavier weight to make him good at his sport. His goal is to not be the "fittest man on the planet." His goal is to be the best triple jumper. Although, I'm fairly certain he power snatches what most crossfitters clean, but that's neither her nor there.
