Bent Rows - 3x4 @ 275#
Chinese KB Rows - 3x8 (each arm) @ 88#
DB Pullover - 3x12 @ 45# (heaviest DB we have, stupid CF gym)
Band Pull Downs - 100
GHD Situps - 3x10
