R.E. Day 4

Felt pretty solid. Got to the gym late and worked slowly but stuff got done.
Back Squat - 225x3x10
3 Sets
A1. 7 Chins
A2. 3 Hand-Stand Push ups.

That's it. Tonight's a Turkey dinner at the Oparowski's. Pumped.
