R.E. Day 9

Feeling a whole heck of a lot better than I was a couple of weeks ago. Although, the Valentine's Day Beers were not sitting well with me this morning.
Favorite Set of the Day:
Snatch Segment Pull + Snatch Pull - [(1+1)x3]x4 - Pause at 1", below knee, hip and then finish. I did this at 185# and used my brand new Iron Mind Straps (thanks Carlee!)
