High and Tight

I'm describing my ass, not my haircut.  Larry put us, including himself, through a workout from Crossfit Coronado today.
7 rounds
15 weighted lunges (45#)
15 DB Swings (55#)
15 pushups

The swings were the easy part, just hip explosion and surprisingly enough, for me anyways, the lunges were harder than the pushups.  It's fun to flex my butt though, it shakes like Rainier Wolfcastle muscles, very nice.
But I'm pretty sure that my swings look like this, so you can understand why they'd be so easy...
